Thad Paschall began a very successful career in the alarm monitoring industry while in the midst of personal financial challenges that many have experienced in their lifetime. With less than $100 to his name, Thad was forced to make a decision between taking an hourly job or take a risk by accepting a 100% commission outside sales job for a home security company. With a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, Thad accepted the risk and chose the path that would lead to the birth of a very successful company.
